Help needed

Hello

I need help in ID one specific coin.Coin is maded from soft silver.Size is equal to Celtic or Greek drachm.
It can be Greek archaic imitation, but i wonder also can be Slavic or Avar type of coin.
Obverse is frontal bust of ruler
Reverse Wolf, Boar or Bull
Also, primitive lines on obverse, and struck on reverse makes me more confused.
If someone have opinion, or know something about this please leave in comments.
